Analyze existing systems and business processes. Evaluate technical requirements, cost effectiveness, potential risks of the IT systems. Identify and resolve defects that arise during testing and implementation. Provide support on new systems. Maintain accurate and up-to date documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
